Pandit Sanjeev Abhyankar, the maestro from the Mewati Gharana, is an artist of international acclaim in the field of Hindustani Classical and Devotional Music. An extremely popular artist, he is the inspiration for the young generation. With his magical singing, he has attracted the young generation towards the Indian Classical music. In a career spanning more than 25 years, he has assumed the mantle of a role model of dedication, hard work, patience and perseverance.

Vocal Concert -Kaushiki Chakraborty- Sept 22nd @6pm


Kaushiki Chakraborty, daughter of two well-known musicians: Chandana Chakraborty and the renowned Indian classical singer Ajoy Chakraborty started her musical journey at age of seven. She started learning Indian classical music at the of Pandit Jnan Prakash Ghosh, later joining ITC Sangeet Research Academy. Although her repertoire is predominantly of Patiala Gharana, she has also studied the Carnatic music of South India and from time to time has incorporated aspects of contemporary Indian pop music, thus considerably widening her audience. Pandit Bhimsen Joshi described Kaushiki Chakraborty as one of the few classical vocalists who will leave their mark in the 21st century. View Schedule
